It can edit files up to the limits of virtual memory, and will work with almost all versions of Windows. All commands can be accessed from the menus as shortcuts that can be customized for the needs of the user.
Multiple Tabbed Interface allows many files to be edited simultaneously, with up to 4 views on each file. Text and files can be dragged and dropped from and to other applications making development easy and quick. HippoEDIT supports customizable programming language schemes - basically it is possible to work with any programming language, which has maintained schema. To be loaded by parser, language schema should be placed in HippoEDIT install folder, subfolder Data.
